Terms of service

You may use fantasyidl only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not transfer your account or impersonate another person or organization.

fantasyidl is an entertainment platform for making predictions and comparing results. It is not a gambling or wagering service, and no purchase is required to participate.

Predictions are subject to the lock times and scoring rules displayed in the service. We try to keep event information and scores accurate, but errors, corrections, delays, or changes to official results may occur. We may correct data or recalculate scores when reasonably necessary to preserve fair and accurate results.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as display names, league names, and predictions. You give fantasyidl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where a longer period is reasonably required for backups, legal compliance, or content shared with others.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate the law or another person's rights.

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Harass others or submit content that is hateful, threatening, obscene, deceptive, or infringes another person's rights.
• Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated means to access or extract data from the service without our permission.
• Manipulate predictions, scores, leaderboards, invitations, or accounts.

The service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by fantasyidl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of the service or its content to you.

fantasyidl is an independent, unofficial fan platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Dance League. The service may reference or link to third-party names, trademarks, websites, videos, or other content. Those third parties are responsible for their own content and services, and their terms may apply when you use them.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk or harm, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fantasyidl is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fantasyidl and the people involved in operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. By continuing to use fantasyidl after updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
